Lip wrinkles treatment – what can be done? There are, in fact, quite a few ways that you can try to treat existing lip wrinkles. The first line of defense is starting to regularly moisturize your lips and the skin around them. In fact, many of the French people, as well as one famous actress, state that the beauty of their skin in older age can be explained by the daily application of a cream to their skin starting from their teens. This does not mean that you should not start moisturizing if you are older; it’s never too late to start taking care of your lips.

It’s probably a good idea to try a good collagen filler cream for several weeks, and see if it works, before you consider filler injections as your lip wrinkles treatment. Filler injections work very well, and they practically do not possess any side-effects. The disadvantages of such corrections include short-term effects, as well as the procedure can cost you an arm and a leg ($500-$5000).

If you decide that you require a lip wrinkle filler injection, you should probably first consult with your dermatologist. What you need to find out is whether you may have an allergy to some components of the fillers, such as animal-derived ingredients.
